Selamat Menyambut Tahun Baru Maal Hijrah 1430H

Mungkin tidak terlewat untuk saya mengucapkan Selamat Menyambut Maal Hijrah 1430H. Tahun nei makin betambahlah umurku setahun lagi (makin tua).

Awal Muharram merupakan detik yang bersejarah dalam calendar Islam di mana Junjungan Besar Nabi Muhammad S.A.W berhijrah ke Madinah pada tahun 622 Masihi dari Kota Mekah. Walaubagaimana pun, pernahkan kita menghayati dan mengambil pengajaran di sebalik peristiwa itu?

Semasa waktu di sekolah dulu, bila Awal Muharram, maka masing-masing akan menyanyikan nasyid dan berselawat kepada Junjungan Besar Nabi Muhammad S.A.W. Rasanya dah lama aku tak berarak masa sambutan Awal Muharram nie, last sekali masa aku kat u dulu.

Pernahkan anda menyanyikan Nasyid Awal Muharram nei:

Tapi rasanya pada masa sekarang nei, makin kurang nasyid nei berkumandang di corong2 radio atau television, tul tak? Macam hari nei, aku takder pun dengan sebarang nasyid Awal Muharram di television (maybe aku dok tengok Astro kot). Tapi rasanya zaman sekarang nei memang jarang ler di mainkan nasyid2 sebegini biarpun pada Hari Awal Muharram, mungkin sebab kita dah asyik sangat dengar lagu hip-hop, rock dsb sampai ramai yang tak tahu nasyid sebegini.

Simboliknya, Awal Muharram sebenarnya merupakan detik perpindahan kepada kita semua untuk berubah ke arah yang lebih baik lagi, ataupun dari yang baik ke satu yang lebih baik.

Ini azam aku untuk tahun 1430 Hijrah:

Menjaga amalan solat 5 waktu
Banyakkan amalan bersedekah, zakat dan amal jariah
Kurangkan hutang-piutang
Berhenti rokok sepenuhnya (Aku dah berhenti sekarang nei)
Menjadi seorang suami dan bapa yang mithali
Menjadi seorang bapa yang prihatin kepada Akif

Celcom 3G Lousy

Celcom 3G Donkey!!

Aku tengah hangin tahab gaban nei, coz whole week tak boleh excess internet smoothly, asyik2 dok semput manjang, macam siput Celcom 3G. Aku dah lodged few complaints about their lousy service kat Celcom Customer Service, sampai aku dah menyampah ler, bukan aper I've to wait at least 10 minutes baru dapat bercakap ngan customer service dia. Macam mana aku tak hangin biler dapat same anwer from they all, alasan paling popular Celcom Service Centre sering kasi kat aku:

"Kami dalam proses meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan 3G service di kawasan anda".
"Kontraktor kami sedang menaiktaraf service perkhidmatan 3G".
"Gangguan berlaku di kawasan pusat Ibu Sawat berhampiran kawasan anda, pihak kami sedang berusaha memperbaiki kerosakan yang berlaku berhampiran kawasan anda".

Aku rasa menyesal pun ader biler terminate Streamyx dulu, which for me, after 3 years using their service, aku kasi AA rating ler. Aku start swift to Celcom 3G reason is for convinience, senang biler gi outstation or balik kampung. Tapi ku harapkan panas berpanjangan, tapi ribut taufan melanda sampai tumbang tiang 3G Celcom.

Aku pakai 3G Celcom nei, biler Celcom ader buat special promotion for their Corporate Client, so aku interested ler biler tengok demo masa tu. So lepas tu aku discuss ngan darling aku, dia kata ok ler, so aku pun subscribe ler ngan Celcom. Aku kena maintain account 3G nei selama 2 tahun, if early termination, then I've to pay Celcom RM180. Aku dapat modem 3G tu pun tak sampai RM200, tu pasal dia imposed such contact term. Kalau kat Celcom Centre, pada masa tu aku pi survey, paling murah pakej yang Celcom kasi untuk public is about RM650.

Mula2 tu OK ler, semua cantik ajer. Tapi masuk bulan kedua dan seterusnya, service 3G nei dah semput2 ajer. Tapi aku perasan ler, Celcom nei dah start improve its 3G service in last November 2008, masa tu laju giler ler gak. Tapi biler masuk bulan December 2008 nei, service dia dah semput2 balik dah.

Biler dah semput tu, bayangkan nak buka gmail pun tak bleh. Apalah punya system huprak nei!!.

Hukum Pakai Pakaian Hitam

Aku tertanya2 apakah menjadi perkara sunat atau bida'ah memakai pakaian serba hitam ketika ada seseorang meninggal dunia? Aku kurang arif pasal perkara nei, harusnya adalah lebih baik bagi aku mendapat pandangan/rujuk dengan ustaz2 yang arif dalam hal nei.

Adakah memakai pakaian serba hitam merupakan amalan sunat di dalam ajaran agama Islam? Atau pun ianya sebagai bida'ah.

Selalunya, orang memakai pakaian hitam nei, seolah-olah menunjukkan tanda protes di atas sebab-sebab tertentu. Aku selalu menengok kaum2 lain yang memakai pakaian berwarna hitam, sambil meraung meratapi pemergian si mati. Mereka seolah-olah, menunjukkan tanda protes kepada Dia yang Esa.

Sepengetahuan aku yang cetek ilmu nei, tidak ader dalam hadis yang meminta orang Islam memakai pakaian bewarna hitam ketika melawat orang mati. Tapi budaya hari nei, seorang - olah menjadi kemestian kepada masyarakat kita di zaman ini, untuk mengenakan pakaian hitam ketika melawat sebarang kematian. Renung2kan lah buat pedoman kita semua.

Aku bukan aper, sebab tenampak dalam TV3 hari nei, semua dok pakai baju serba hitam. Mungkin sebab nak berkabung kot. Tapi kalau nak berkabung nei, adakah ianya ajaran agama Islam untuk berkabung dengan memakai pakaian hitam?

P/s : Al-Fatihah kepada Almarhum Tunku Jaafar, semoga rohnya dicucuri rahmat. Kenapa ler nak melengahkan2 pengkebumian Almarhum (Aku confious tul kenapa Mufti2 dan Para2 Ulama berdiam diri ajer dalam hal nei).

200 Pound Beauty

Last night aku tengok ler filem Korea kat Astro Ria,"200 Pound Beauty", bagi aku filem nei best. Walaupun jalan citer dia sempoi ajer, kiranya berkisarkan kisah seorang perempuan gemuk yang ingin menjadi cantik, walaupun dia sebenarnya berbakat besar dalam nyanyian. Yang akhirnya dia membuat keputusan untuk menjalani pembedahan plastik sehingga dia menjadi perempuan terkenal yang seksi dan suara power (complete package as a singer).

Tapi aku pun hairan ler, kaum hawa nei kalau boleh nak cantik ajer selalu, tapi hakikatnya tak semua kaum adam yang mementingkan faktor luaran semata-mata. Yang paling penting adalah keikhlasan hati, itu yang lebih utama. Buat aper cantik, tapi perangai hodoh, tak guna satu sen pun!!

Aku bukan aper, dulu sebelum aku mengenali darling aku, aku ader ler terdetik nak nak kawin ngan orang Korea/Jepun (nei penangan biler tengok citer2 luar banyak nei).

Alhamdulillah, akhirnya dapat jugak aku kawin ngan 'awek Jepun' walaupun bukan dia bukan 'Original Japenese'. Tapi aku kiranya antara yang beruntung dapat kawin ngan 'Jepun Celup', sebab darling aku nei pandai masak sushi, favourite aku tu. Tak yah ler aku nak gi makan sushi kat luar yang confirm harganya pun boleh tahan ler. Tapi aku rasa, darling aku masak lagi sedap la.

Sebenarnya cerita nei mengingatkan aku kembali semasa aku tengah bercinta dengan 'mem besau' aku nei, masa aku kenal dia pun, dia dah diketegorikan sebagai antara yang 'chubby' ler, tapi aku tak kisah itu semua sebab aku memang cintakan dia, sampai aku everyday mesti aku pi dok kat meja dia lepas 'prep malam'. Bak kata orang, kalau dah angau tu, tak jumpa orang pun tak per, asalkan nampak meja dia pun jadi ler, hilang ler rindu. Inilah kebaikannya kalau dok bercinta satu sekolah.

Tapi aku mula start syok kat dia masa Form 5, maklum ler masa Form 1 sampai 4 tu dia nei kiranya masih lagi 'budak hingusan' (Ayang, jangan marah, I'm sorry!:). Lagi satu, kat sekolah aku, rasanya tak der lagi kaum aku yang berani 'approach' dia nei kecuali aku. Entah ler, naper ler aku sewel sangat masa tu, tab2 takder aper, aku pi call dia nak ajak dating (tanpa aku sedari). Sure masa tu dia anggap aku nei sewel, takde angin takder ribut, tiba2 ajer ajak nak dating.

Tapi ader satu perasaan yang lain dalam diri aku biler aku bertentang mata dengannya ketika bulan puasa, saat itu aku bersama dua rakan kelas aku + dia. Masa tu aku curi2 pandang mata kat dia. Dari saat itu ler aku mula jatuh cinta kat dia. Pelik tapi benar!.

Relocation LCCT Labu

Why suddently AirAsia want to move to Labu from existing terminal LCCT in Sepang. Everybody try to guess what is going on with AirAsia and Sime Darby at this juncture. Apparently, Sime Darby also is the 'bad boy' who trying to takeover IJN from Government. Budak hitam nei lagi yang buat kacau.

I'm sure all of us are very upset when Government suddenly gives it green light to build another LCCT in Labu. It doesn't make sense at all when the Government give approval on this relocation of LCCT, while the current LCCT is still in the process of expansion..

Let us see this in bigger perspectives:

1. Why Labu?

Currently the are two Terminal are currently operates in Sepang, KLIA and LCCT which both are sharing the same landing lanes. Ape tujuan Kerajaan mengadakan KLIA? Sebab utamanya, mengatasi kesesakan di Terminal 2 and 3, Subang, yang pada masa itu tidak mampu menampung peningkatan bilangan penumpang.

Dengan adanya KLIA dan LCCT, segala permasalahan yang dihadapi semasa di Subang telah dapat di atasi sepenuhnya dengan 10,500 ha designated for KLIA. Alasan untuk ke Labu yang diberi hanyalah, current LCCT Terminal tak mampu menampung peningkatan penumpang yang yang di jangka meningkat dari 7.5 million to 10.5 million per year.

Apa yang ada di Labu? Ape menariknya di sana as compared to KLIA? LCCT Sepang currently is temporary terminal, until the completion of new permenant Terminal LCCT, which to be nearer to KLIA in 2010.

Projek pembinaan LCCT ini adalah JV between AirAsia and Sime Darby. Where Sime Darby is the main contractor for the LCCT construction, while AirAsia is the Terminal Operator.

Kalau kita selidik, Sime Darby memiliki tanah yang amat luas di Labu, tetapi sayang nilainya tidak seberapa kalau di bandingkan dengan kawasan di Selangor dan KL. Jadi untuk boost land value in Labu, a bigger project must be done in Labu. Which later can attract more people to stay in Labu. With the construction of LCCT Labu, this will mitigate Sime Darby's risk in managing their properties. Teori nei macam yang sedang berlaku kat Dubai ler, dari hanya kawasan lembah padang pasir, sekarang telah menjadi among the highest/expensive in the world. Properties macam goreng pisang panas ler kat sana.

Why only Labu is choosen, why not others area which is better than Labu. In term of connectivity, there are few places are better than Labu. But why Labu?

2. Learn the mistake done from Senai Airport

In 2003, Senai Airport Terminal Services S.B (SAB) bought Senai International Airport in Johor from MAHB and turned into Malaysia's first private airport, which until now SAB still struggling to make profit after few years in losses.

Do we want to see the second Senai Airport episod in Labu, happen again?

3. Future prospect of LCCT Sepang

As we know, the current LCCT is dedicated to AirAsia, but if AirAsia is not keen to operate its business in Sepang, what will be happen to LCCT Terminal in Sepang? To Government, please stop with this kind of AirAsia sandiwara. We all dah muak dah tengok Government dok ikut sangat rentak AirAsia. Semua nak mintak, rakyat dah bosan dengan lakonan nei, takkan nak tengok Tony dok minta spender Pak Lah.

Dah banyak dah duit Government laburkan kat LCCT Sepang, kalau macam nie ler gayenya,

tak payah ler nak kasi bantuan lagi kat AirAsia nei, yang sememangnya tak tahu mengenang budi. Kalau AirAsia insist jugak nak operates in Labu, OK bagi ajer kat depa tapi dengan syarat, Government kena tetapkan pendirian, bahawa tak ader bantuan akan diberi sekiranya AirAsia gagal seperti aper yang berlaku di Senai Airport.

Jelas sekali Government sekarang nei terlalu mengikut telunjuk AirAsia especially biler Abang Tony request something.

4. AirAsia's competitors : How ?

I'm wondering what happen to other competitors which currently operates in LCCT Sepang? Are they going to move to LCCT Labu which will be operated by their competitor such Jetstar. TigerAirways etc. which will be their host. Other low cost airlines hv to follow all the rules set by AirAsia (as airport operator), which obviously will benefitting to AirAsia.

Perswastaan IJN: Mana Kewajarannya

Apa sebenarnya kewajaran buat Kerajaan untuk menerima cadangan untuk privatisation of Institut Jantung Negara (IJN), yang telah ditubuhkan pada 1992 dengan kos berjumlah RM15.5 million.

Setelah hampir sedekad lepas penubuhanya, ramai yang telah menjalani pembedahan, tua, muda, kanak-kanak termasuklah bekas Perdana Menteri, Dr. Mahathir pun telah menjalani pembedahan di IJN.

Kenapa tiba - tiba sahaja Sime Darby, the biggest conglamerat in Malaysia suddently decided to take over IJN of 51% equity? What's the rational for this? How come Pak Lah and Ministers can consider such proposal. Normally those big fish are only looking for profitering business. Don't care how's people feel, so long they can make money, they'll do it.

Let's try and see what happen to those ex-government agency after they had undergone privatisation. Actually nothing wrong with privatisation at all, but it can't be done accross the board to all sectors. Govenrment should lead those sectors involve with public such health.

Here are my comments on the issue:

1. Service/Medical Mahal

Cuba korang tengok ita lihat apa yang terjadi kat Subang Jaya Medical Centre, which is also owned by Sime Darby. Try pi bawak bini, anak ker, saper jer ler kat sana. How much the cost? I don't think Mana ader service charge offered by them around RM100, tak macam kat Hospital Kerajaan. Aku teringat masa mak mertua aku kena tahan kat Hospital Sungai Petani hampir seminggu ler. Agak2nya kalau stay kat private Hospital for that long, guess how much the cost? Aku rasa paling cokia pun RM1,000 lebih lagi ader. Tapi biler aku dapat resit dari Hospital Sungai Petani, hanya RM60.00!!!

What happen to those lower income, are they still be able to get the same service with the lower price after the privatisation kick-in? Aku tak nampak lagi ader mana syarikat swasta yang menurunkan kos/charge rawatan after take over. So aper rationalnya to Government??

2. Duit Rakyat

Bulan2 kita semua kena bayar tax kat Government, so mana peginya funds nei, sampai Kerajaan sanggup nak gadai IJN. Aper lagi yang tinggal untuk rakyat, kalau semua nak privatise.

Cuba ler renung sikit, kos yang dikenakan sekarang pun, orang ramai tak mampu nak dibayar, inikan plak after Sime Darby take over? Ingat Sime Darby tu nak kasi discount lower than current rate, aku berani kerat jari ler kalu boleh. Pak Lah and Najib, and konco2, korang boleh ler setuju pasal nei, fully subsidised by government. Apa lagi nak di risaukan, all free!! (Ingat, aku pun bayar tax jugak la).

3. Where's Feasibility Study Report

Before Government can make any decision, all the report must be lay down dan debates among all the Govenrment agencies, NGO and public. Any rationales must be agreed by all the parties after taken into consideration facts. This is not be determined by Pak Lah or Najib alone although they had nodded from Parlimentary. Macam nei ler, you're nothing and useless!!

Tak semua states in Malaysia ader IJN. So aper rationalnya nak privatise IJN, sedangkan banyak negeri di Malaysia nei yang masih takder this kind of speciality. Kalau semua states dah ader at least satu general hospital which have same capacity as IJN, then lain ler citernye. Ini yang ader pun tak cukup, ader hati nak privatise.

4. Effeciency

Kalau IJN dah privatise, sure punya pakar2 dalam negara akan pi sana. Dengan gaji berdouble2 and interactive incentives, so aper akan tinggal kat Hospital Kerajaan nanti kalau expert2 nei start to move to private hospital. Saper yang jadi mangsanya? Pak Lah, tak mungkin. Najib, tak mungkin. Kita dan keluarga kita ler yang merana angkara Pak Lah and Najib. Nak pegi private, sah2 kena bayar mahal, sampaikan kalau nak sunat pun kat SJMC, Subang Jaya kosnya hampir RM3,000!!!! Itu baru potong sikit, kalau belah macam jantung, berapa ler kosnya kan!!

KESIMPULAN : GOVERNMENT SHOULD CALL-OFF THIS PRIVATISATION OF IJN.

Ragam Washing Machine

Memang penat giler rasanya biler takder washing machine kat rumah. La nei yang ader tu dah rosak, so aku malas nak repair sebab cost nak repair ngan sama ngan ambik yang new one. So better ler ambik yang baru.

Dah rasa nak tercabut tangan2 aku nei biler dok 'memberus' kat bilik air biler balik dari kerja.

Memandangankan aku nei lelaki mithali ler katakan, so aku pun 'mengofferkan' diri aku untuk membantu wife aku ler buat sementara nei untuk membasuh semua baju kat umah (baju aku+wife aku+BOGEMON). Yer ler, aku nak meringankan beban wife aku ajer, tengok sian plak sebab dia kena masak lagi kat kita orang (aku nei jenis suka makan kat umah). So kerna terpaksa, aku merelakan mengoffer diri aku ler untuk membantu dia, sebab kulit dia nei jenis sensetif sikit. Opss bukan sikit tapi banyakkkk. So aku kena redha ajer ler.

So lepas kena dengan penangan nei, then baru ler aku realise betapa pentingnya washing machine dalam hidup aku. Teringat aku masa zaman kecik-kecik dulu, mak aku ari-ari dok memberus baju2 kat rumah dengan tangan aje tanpa ader washing machine. So la nei baru ler aku realise betapa susah + penatnya dok memberus baju. Tapi depa tak pernah komen penat ker aper ker....aku tak pernah nampak plak dia dok komen dalam 'blog' dia.

Last night aku gi Carefour Subang Jaya ngan my wife, so kita orang dok pi usha kat area barang electric, aku dah nekad nak 'cekup' satu yang dah lama aku mengidam (sebab aku really exausted dah dok menonyoh). Before, we all ader ler usha kat few places ler, tapi aku rasa barang electric kat Carrefour Subang Jaya nei memang berbaloi ler harganya kalau nak dicomparekan dengan kat tempat lain. Lagi pun, la nei depa dok buat year-end sale. Wah...nei baik punya dok promote Carrefour. Tapi based on my experience, aku nei memang suka beli electric products kat Carefour., sebab 3B concept....Belek, Bayar, Belah.

So cari punya cari, lastly dapat ler cekup, lepas bayar kat counter, terus aku bawak masuk dalam kereta chow balik kat Shah Alam. Lupa plak, mamat promoter tu baik punya dok sengeh kat aku, biler aku hulur cash kat dia. Dalam hati aku nei, kasi ler discount sikit ker or less down sikit commission ko, so dapat ler aku beli lagi murah.

Tapi biler sampai kat umah, kepala paip pulak tak boleh nak sambung ngan kepala machine. Aku dah hangin dah masa tu. So takpe, esok aku balik kerja nak singgah jap kat kedai hardware. Tapi biler aku bangun pagi nei, saja nak try test switch-on ler, end up power supply plak tak der.....Aper lagi aku dah membara nei, bayar mahal2 tapi hampeh takleh guna.

Moral of the story:

Kaum lelaki nei sekali sekala kena menjadi 'wife' kat umah sama. Jangan ler dok asyik jadi 'raja' dok asyik mengarah/mengomen ajer.

Kalau nak beli barang electric, pegi ler buat survey dulu. Tak kisah ler mana2 jer, even kat Court Mammoth (nei tempat paling aku benci nak pi - price macam cipan!!!). Then start to do some homework by comparing the prices. Jadi ler pengguna bijak.

Don't forget to 'test power' dulu kat mana kedai sebelum nak you decide nak cekup. Nanti dua tiga kali kerja nak pi bawak balik pi sana, bawak pi balik. Kiranya aku nei dah macam terkena ler nie. Nak buat macam mana, padan muka aku.

Pay by cash jangan dok berhutang2. Kalau tak mampu, sabo jer dulu, manual hand wash ajer dulu, later automate.

Bawa pita pengukur, ukur keluasan kete dulu, kang tak muat nak bawa masuk dalam kete. Dah nak save sangat kan, kalau idak kena bayar lagi courier charges, kedubuk kedebak sama gak macam harga asal before discount.

New Offical Car for Governments

Personally, why the State Governments or even Federal Government are normally replace their official car after 5 years in service, why they can't take care this properties as their belonging? Just imagine, if you buy a car for your personal matter, I'm pretty quite sure that it will be taken care. So here are some usefull suggestions that State Government or Federal Government can practise in before they can make any decision:

Priority to National Car

State Governments or Federal Government members must put priority to national car or local assembled car in Malaysia. Right now we have, Proton, Perodua and Naza, while local assembled are Mercedes Benz, Peugoet, Honda, Toyota etc.

Why the Governments want to waste public money for just to have imported car while here there are local assembled manufacturing, which can produce the similar.

Buy Smaller Car

State Governments or Federal Government members, nowadays should be provided with a small car like Myvi, Proton BLM for their official purposes. Crazy right? Don't think so, perhaps this is more economical, less fuel, less maintenance and everything less. Tell me which Dato' in Malaysia can just drive this kind of car for official purposes? None right.

Since we are now soon will be hit by economic recession, hence I would say the Government should looking some alternative to reduce cost in all aspect for unforseen circumstances. Government should react now to change their way of thinking, now is the right time to change their life style. No more luxury items, buy more with less value, that's the idea.

Owned Money + Government Sponsorship

To State Governments or Federal Government members, as you're going to use this car only up to maximum 5-7 years, and nak kasi depa nei tau sikit menghargai 'money value' dalam diri masing-masing, adalah baik kalau government buat scheme, all the official car will be owed by members if they can pay 3/4 of the purchase price, while the balance comes from Government. So sure punya lepas nei, masing-masing tak nak beli kereta import dah, other than national car. Ini harus menjadi syarat untuk pemberian kereta subsidy oleh kerajaan kepada government members.

Owned Maintenance

Ini lagi best, to state members and Federal Government members, lu orang boleh pakai apa juga jenis you all nak ler, provided all the maintenance service must be borne by yourself. Sendiri pakai, senditi mau ingat ler. Ini mesti menjadi syarat dalam pemilihan government official car. Aku rasa lepas nei takkan ader ler komen-komen sumbang kata maintenance tinggi, sebab kena keluar out-of-pocket. Then, ini takkan menggalakkan pengusaha-pengusaha workshop menaikkan charge sesuka hati, macam kes kat Terengganu.

Naik Basikal

Ini most economical giler steps to be taken by State and Federal Government members. Ini baik untuk kesihatan, jantung ker, darah tinggi ker, obesiti problem. Paling penting, takder toll + fuel free + maintenance fee.

On last coupple of days, Perak state government has announced to purchase new Toyota Camry 2.4V as replacement of current state offical car. It worth about RM2.7 million for 16's Toyota Camry, approx. RM167k each.

Then same issued had come out same as what was happen in Terengganu, high maintenance of Perdana. I can feel, other states also are looking for this option, says Selangor, Kedah and Penang.

Why choose Toyota Camry 2.4V as Perdana is only 2.0. By right, they should take same capasity of its current model. Here they have other variant of cars which they can elect to hv, e.g Honda Civic 2.0 or local assemble Peugeot 407. Why don't they take Toyota Camry 2.0G instead of Toyota Camry 2.4V?? I think that's should be the right way.

Looking at purchase price, Perak state government would probably can make a saving approx. RM70,000 if the Federal Government can give tax exemption on the purchase. Apparently, the state government has to pay the purchase at market price without having any tax exemption. Although, this tax will be channelled to Federal Government, but it will not benefited to state level. Why Terengganu can have tax exemption when state government bought Mercedez Compressor C200 dulu, and why not Perak state? Nei apa nei? Bengong ka??

Lately, aku notice ler wife aku nei rajin sangat dok menjahit....dok buat sendiri tudung dia...cayalah darling aku nei...even without any background in sewing, but she still managed to do it by herself. Aku pun tak tahu sangat ler hal jahit2 nei...tak silap aku, last sekali aku dok jahit nei...masa aku bujang2 dulu ler...tak tahu ler plak nama jahitan aku tu...main hentam ajer....janji boleh pakai seluar..... Aku ingat lagi, masa tu aku dok kat Penang, dok kerja kilang perabot....so almaklum ler....hari2 'makan' habuk kayu, sampai seluar aku koyak kat celah kangkang..angkara dok panjat naik kontena untuk arrange shipment to Korea. So, biler balik umah jahit ler, then the following day lepas basuh, aku pakai lagi, ingat2 dah kuat dah jahitan tu..rupanya baru jer naik motor....dah koyak balik...patut ler rasa 'berangin' semacam ajer kat bawah tu masa tengah naik motor nak gi kerja. Al-maklum ler kena angin pagi...nasik baik ler ader seluar kecik.

So bulan nei, target nak beli ler mesin jahit kat wife aku, since she is so passionate in sewing. Aku dah tengok macam2 brand dah mesin jahit nei....Singer, Global, etc. Tapi aku dah berkenan kat mesin jahit nei...ala2 janji boleh guna buat beginner cam wife aku....ader last 2 weeks aku ngan wife aku gi tengok demo Singer kat Kompleks PKNS, yang promoter tu nampak gayanya macam2 pulun nak kasi discount suruh aku beli mesin jahit Singer dia, katanya 'abang boleh bayar guna kredit kad, kalau tak nak bayar cash, installment pun kami sediakan' . Aku kalau hutang2 nei, sorry ler...aku tak suka. Biar tak beli pun tak per, janji jangan dok hutang. Kredit card pun sama gak....aku la nei dah nekad ngan wife aku, supaya tak guna credit card lagi dah. So kami la nei, dok bayar bulan credit card. Nanti, kalau ader duit lebih, aku nak tutup terus credit card nei. Naper ler kami nei dulu2 'bodoh' nak guna credit card nei. Bagi aku, saper yang guna credit card, nei golongan 'kaya tahab papakedana'. So aku berazam nak keluar golongan ini tak lama lagi.

So, bulan nei Insya-Allah kalau ader rezeki lebih, so boleh ler beli mesin jahit Singer kat wife aku by cash. Aku dok pi survey, approx. price RM650. Takper, aku dah cakap ngan wife aku, kalau dia ader mesin jahit nanti, aku nak minta dia buat baju kemeja, seluar dan macam2 ler lagi ler...nanti nak beli buku belajar menjahit plak. Adik ipar aku ader kat Johor, lulusan Politeknik Johor Bharu dalam jahitan, tapi aku pelik naper ler dia dok suka sangat kerja ngan orang. gaji tak banyak mana pun. Kalau buka kedai jahit sendiri, sure dah kaya, tambah dia nei pandai buat baju raya. Aku ngan wife aku tak latat dok beleter kat dia pasai nei, dah berbuih mulut2 nei nasihatkan dia.

Aku Malas Tahab Gaban

Aku pun tak tahu ler....naper ajer aku jadi 'MALAS' tahab gaban sejak due menjak nei...maybe dah pening sangat kot ngan kerja kat office...macam2 kerenah...so biler sampai kat umah ajer...after dinner...main gan 'BOGEMON' sampai ler aku tertido. So, macam tu ler routine aku time ari kerja. Tak tahu ler...biler balik umah tu...rasanya malas dah nak ngadap PC sebab sah sehari suntuk aku kat depan PC. Dah nak rabun rasanya. Tapi kadang2 tu stress jugak ler kat office....ader ajer problem need to sort-out within few hours, nei yang buat eden tension nei. Biler ler aku nak jadi 'boss besau' plak nei....takat 'boss kocik' nei, kena buat kerja jugak. Tu yang ponat tu.

Tapi biler aku time 'bertarung' dengan 'BOGEMON', so hilang ler rasa penat badan nei. Tambah pula kalau 'BOGEMON' dok tengok his favourate 'Pak Cik Ultraman'....terus bertukar menjadi 'BOGEMAN', nei combination 'BOGEMON' + 'ULTRMAN' dan yang nei lsah2 ganas lagi ler dari 'BOGEMON' version. So nak buat macam mana, hari2 aku kena 'belasah' ngan 'BOGEMON'.

Rabun Ayam

Aku kalau lama2 bertapa kat depan PC....says after 1 hour in front of PC....sure mata aku jadi 'naga'. Macam orang isap ganja plak...dah ler mata sepet...merah2 plak. Kalau kena tahan ngan polis, sure sah kena cop 'mat pid' or 'mat bangla'.

Aku Tak Free

Kadang-kadang, jealous tul dengar wife aku dok citer kat office. Aku pun pelik gak, time office hour boleh chat2 ler plak. Siap berforum2 lagi tu. Aku memang tak faham tul ler, cara depa nei bekerja. Tapi pelik pun ader, sebab kawan2 dia tu bukan calang2 orang, ader yang lawyer ler, engineer ler, doctor ler, macam2 lagi ler yang boleh aku kategorikan sebagai golongan berjaya termasuk ler yang dok kerja HR, kalau sape2 yang kerja HR nei aku boleh percaya ler kalau depa nei, siap boleh chat and forum during office hour, sebab memang orang yang kerja HR, mostly tak banyak kerja...hahahaha.

Aku dah banyak experience kerja dengan few companies, but I notice sape yang kerja HR, memang golongan yang aku anggap 'unproductive', banyak gebang but habuk pun tarak. Yer ler, sebab dok dealing with human beings, so kena ler pandai2 ular sana, ular sini. Tapi aper pun, aku memang tak leh kerja HR, nanti bikin aku jadi lembab.

Malangnya BNBCC

Aku pelik ler..kenapa tiba-tiba ajer....BNBCC tap2 buat plan nak pi melancong gi Taiwan. Sepanjang aku mengikuti isu polimik politik kat Malaysia nei...rasanya tak pernah lagi aku dengar segerombolan mangkuk2 penyokong BN pi oversea trip pi secara beramai2.....for some reason given...to study how the agricultural in Taiwan works!!!

And worst thing....sedang2 government dok menyeru rakyat2 supaya 'ubah cara hidup'...tapi yang depa mangkuk2 kat atas sana tu pun buat sama ubah cara hidup...but depa punya slogan 'ubah cara hidup dengan berbelanja lebih'.....konon2nya nak stimulate economic....dongkoi!!!

Peliknya...pemergian depa nei mendapat 'restu' dari 'Bapak Lah'...dan yang lebih malangnya..biler yang pegi sana tu termasuk ler sedara seislam.....dalam bulan2 puasa nei dok pi sana....tengok kanan...tengok kiri....ader bab... kesian sungguh ler aku tengok BNBCC nei.. macam dah kena tarik hidung...macam kerbau ler...!!!

Aku nak tengok....lepas depa balik nei....make sure BNBCC produce laporan lawatan in complete, so that's public can make use their info. Laporan lawatan bukan macam laporan budak2 sekolah ler....should be more informative and should explain in details of stategic planning of agro industry in Malaysia...

Biler baca dalam newspaper....semua kata kos ditanggung oleh ahli BNBCC sendiri sepenuhnya...bodoh giler punya statement....ko pikir ler sindiri...takkan ler ahli BNBCC nei bangang sangat nak ikut cakap 'Bapak Lah'...pi Taiwan guna duit sendiri ...then lepas tu kena gi Taiwan ..konon2nya nak study macam mana sistem agro kat Taiwan works. Personally, buat aper ler aku nak guna duit aku sendiri untuk buat kerja yang disuruh oleh orang atasan. Kalau aku...duit aku..lantak aku ler nak guna macam mana pun...

The only reason that's BNBCC can use their money....they can get reimbursment later from Government or someone sponsor for the trip. Memang bodoh tahab gaban le..kalau nak guna duit sendiri untuk buat kerja...which end up you tak dapat merasai nikmatnya....and kosnya bukan ribu dah....dah baratus2 ribu aper aku rasa....unless ler kalau BNBCC pi sana nak bersuka ria..tapi harus diingat mereka ada tugasan...mengorek rahsai macam mana sistem pertanian di Taiwan dilaksanakan...lain ler kalau depa nak korek mende lain.....

Tapi naper ler depa2 nei pi sana dalam keadaan tergesa2.....within 1 week ..dah sibuk nak pi melancong ke Taiwan....kenapa Taiwan menjadi pilihan....? Why not China, Vietnam, Holland....or depa takut 16 September 2008.....aper ler bodoh punya decision.

Pak Lah and Najib, both of you should be responsibled for this. I'm Raksaksa

Sometime I felt I to laugh at my self, when my son used to call me 'Raksaksa'. I don't know where he got 'my new name', but one thing for sure, when he turn up 'Ultraman 3', surely I'll be hunted by him as what you can see in TV.

Sometime, when I'm back from office, I used to sleep early. And one thing I realised, 'Ultraman 3' used to take this opportunity to 'belasah' his 'Raksaksa'. Aiyah...how 'Raksaksa' can sleep if 'Ultraman 3' always 'belasah' 'Raksaksa'.

Really, I'm happy playing with him, sometime he used to introduce himself 'Acis...'Ultraman 3', and 'Daddy...Raksaksa'...while mummy will become ' Mummy Ultraman 3'. So now, I've two super Ultraman/ Mummy Ultraman, in my house which always to 'buli' me. I know why 'Ultraman 3' still need energy from 'Mummy Ultraman 3'...that's becoz when 'Ultraman 3' needs more power to fight with 'Raksaksa'. Normally, 'Ultraman 3' will 'nyenyen' about half an hour to energise the system back to normal. If not, the indicator blinking none stop. During this time, 'Raksaksa' at least, can rest for a while, before 'Ultraman 3' continue with the game.

I think if I've hv another 'Ultraman 4', for sure I can't go to sleep early unless 'Raksaksa kena belasah teruk ngan Ultramans'.

Last Sunday, I brought my beloving family to Taman Tasik Shah Alam, biasa ler...hero I tu...dia suka ..."pish"...so dah jadi routine I, every weekend must bring him to "pish"..sajer ler...almaklum ler budak2 ler katakan...kasi roti....ala kasi yang murah2 ajer ler... cap Giant ker....cap Tesco ker...which normally it will cost me below RM2. (takkan nak kasi ikan makan roti branded2 plak....beras dah mahal!!)

So nak dijadikan cerita ler, tengah kita orang dok kasi "pish" makan kat kolam, ader ler si mangkok mamat entah dari cheqhok mana sesat tak tau, selamba ajer lepaskan mata kail kat dalam kolam. Rupanya dok mancing ikan...padahal Tasik Shah Alam tu kawasan larangan memancing....siap ader notice board lagi..."Dilarang Memancing......atau denda RM1,000 tunai" oleh MBSA.

Aku dalam hati dah hangin semacam ajer, kalau dia sorang ajer masa tu, sure aku tolak mamat tu masuk dalam kolam, then aku plak yang "mancing" dia....but ader ramai 'geng2 bangang' joint sekaki ngan dia....so aku forgo ajer niat suci aku nak "mancing" mamat sekor tu.... Aku rasa diorang nei dari negeri 'KXXXXXXX' sebab dari slag diorang tu, I'm quite sure where they're coming from.

Aku still tak puas hati gak, then aku call ler MBSA careline 03-55105133 (ada kat Sign Board tepi Tasik Shah Alam), but again really frustrated when nobody answer my call. Aku pun pelik ler....yang MBSA kasi number tu pehal kalau takder orang nak answer.... better don't give any number...menyakitkan hati ajer.... Aperpun mamat tu dah blah biler aku gi 2nd round kat tempat tu...maybe dah dapat banyak 'hasil tangkapan' kot..

Aper pun mamat tu still consider lucky ler....coz aku tak sempat nak ambik gambar dia (digicam rosak). But next week, kalau aku nak gi Taman Tasik Shah Alam, I'll make sure I bring my camcorder. Ko siap ler ngan aku.

Celcom Broadband Lousy!!

Really lousy!!! First thing I'm really disappointed with Celcom Broadband, which I had subscribed in early April this year (come with corporate rate offer), first trial..looks ok and quite impressive with the system. And aper lagi...subscribe ler...

Soon found the coverage really bad, just imagine I only can use internet after 12 a.m. everyday!!Really siau punya Celcom!!. Bengang giler....bayar mahal2 ....tapi service macam cipan!!. Bodoh punya Celcom.

Not only that, the device always disconnect suddenly, end-up have to re-connect and lost all my file (kes tak sempat nak save ler nei). I've lodged few complaint with Celcom, and yet the service is still has not been resolved. Alasan bodoh/bangang dari Celcom always given to me when I lodged complaint ...."pihak kami dalam proses menaiktaraf facility sehingga akhir bulan June 2008".... hangguk betul ler Celcom....

That's why aku stop kejab blog aku nei.....bengang tahab GABAN dengan Celcom!!!!!

Aku frust giler dengan my ex-school, lately nei asyik2 nak minta sponsor. Nama ajer 'Sekolah Berasrama Penuh' tapi Pengetua haram bangang nak mampus. Aper2 pun dok asyik nak minta old boys sponsor. Sekali sekala, ok ler lagi, nei boleh kata biler ader ajer event, Pengetua start ler minta konco2 dia pegi anto dalam 'alumni yahoo group' request for sponsorship from Alumni. Stupid kan? By right what she's supposed to do, is to write an official request to Alumni not through e-mail.

A bit weird, banyak sangat request for sponsor made by the school. Sekolah aku nei dah sengkek sangat ker. I think there must be something wrong with their cash position, if not those sponsor issue nei won't come out. Yang aku hangin sangat tu bukan aper, bila dia orang anto budget statement, ader dalam budget 'duti tambang bas'. Setahu aku, sekolah aku ader 2 bijik coach bus (air-conditioned lagi) + minivan.

Aku pelik gak, biler rancang aktiviti bagi nak rak, belum aper lagi, dah nak minta sponsorship dah. Inilah mentaliti subsidy, yang aku rasa ade dalam kepala otak 'cikgu2 kat Malaysia' nei. BIler dapat sponsorship, OK TQ, tapi biler tak dapat aper yang diminta, mampus kena maki hamun rapat. Any sponsorship sepatutnya dibuat secara sukarela, bukannya dipaksa.

Dilemma

Yesterday, I received a call from my HR, saying that I've been offered a promotion. At last I been promoted also after almost 2 years with the company, thanks god.

Sayang pun ader, sedih pun ader, macam2 ler and perasaan in my hearth. And one thing I noticed, perasaan I masa I nak resign before I came here, datang semula. Just imagine, since day 1 you kerja kat situ, tiba2 ajer nak blah. So macam2 ler kenangan manis datang semula. Aper pun, I'm still have an ample time with my officemates until 31 August 2008.

And yesterday also I met with my GM, and he was also congratulated for my promotion. I really felt so sad at that point of time. Sayang plak nak meninggalkan I punya section, since I joint the section 2007. I been there almost 2 years, but I can says la, macam dah experience kerja for almost 3-5 years there. I start with '0' knowledge when I joint the section, and the wonderful thing, I'm be able to do my works without any supervision, except certain time which normally I discuss with my boss and big boss. Most of the time, all the works or assignment given, I'll do myself. Nevermind, maybe ader hikmah disebaliknya.

Aper pun malam tadi, aku dah discuss with my beloved wife, and she also decided to left the company soon after I start work at my new office. What to do, life must goes on.

Another problem is, my new office is quite far from my house. We see how la, should I stay in Shah Alam or I need to move to somewhere around near at my office. Can't make any decision yet. Aku tak kisah sangat, but I'm quite worries about my son, if let say we all move to some else, macam mana plak dengan dia. Sian kat 'Putera' kesayangan kami tu.

Stupid Doctor

I've met few doctors in my area when my son 'sakit', and you know mostly they will ask me the same question...'You punya anak minum susu aper?...so selalunya wife I answered him ...'his breastfeed'...aku bangga ler dengan wife aku.....tapi yang jadi masalahnya....dengan selambanya 'doktor mangkoq' tu simply advised us to give my son 'formula milk'. Dengan alasan anak I tak cukup kalsium.

Aku dah hangin masa tu. Time tu rasanya I nyaris2 dah nak bertukar jadi 'Incredible Hulk' biler dengar stupid advice from 'unqualified doctor' . Dalam hati aku berkata...nei doctor sure tak ambik subject 'pediatrician' masa buat paper. Aku ingat doktor nei pun tak pernah encourage wife dia bagi anak dia breastfeed kot. That's why biler dengar anak I still breastfeeding .....selamba ajer kata tak cukup calcium. Ini kes jealous ler nei. Siut punya doktor. Lepas tu doktor tu terus dapat bad remarks from me, sure aku tak pegi dah kalau dia nak minta buat follow-up. Aper pun aku suka jumpa those pedetrician at Selangor Medical Centre, langsung tak cakap pasal formula milk nei....

Kalsium dalam susu ibu nei takde tandingannya dengan formula milk. Ko tambah ler aper kenama...HPA,DHA and macam2 A lagi ler....asyik tambah A ajer....yang B, C, D etc tak de le aku nampak plak kat TV...and yet mother milk still the best!!!.

I wondering why there is no drive thru ATM in Malaysia, as what I saw in Hong Kong, they have this facility. Why in Malaysia, none of the bankers had ever attempted to make it this happen. Maybe for one reason, here in Malaysia 'banyak penyangak2 kot' but not professional enough, until sometimes they can't differentiate between deposit machine and cheque deposit machine. Apehal ler mangkok tahab gaban ko penyangak. Sure penyangak tak educated (mengaji tak habis...alif...ba....tak sempat nak ta...cikgu dah goal!!).

Back to my story again, I still thinking whether is it workable in Malaysia or not. I'm very2 sure it will attract a lot of problems when you come to implement. We see what are differences between 'male' and 'femal' when they use Drive Thru ATM machine without leaving their car. Sorry, those shemale, no comment, becoz they always be co-pilot.

For male, it is quite easy, just required 8 steps and so easy:

Key-in cash amount
Take bank card and cash

For female, their procedures are quite complicated, so please don't make others angry at you

Reverse and drive until the cash machine is in front of them
Start to look where is P gear (dok gabra, cari P tak jumpa)

Look at side mirror, check whether those makeup still OK or KO especially lip still shining or not.
Get the handbag and start to find where 's their purse located

Tell the person on phone, that you will call them back and hang up
Insert bank card in ATM machine
Re-insert the bank card right way
Get the diary to find the PIN code at the back page and enter the pin code

Aku kalau tengok EURO pun, time weekend ajer ler. Weekday, sorry ler, laddy boss kat umah I tu sure bising coz, aku sure bangun lewat punya. So just imagine game almost habis kul 5.00 a.m. Ader mase ker nak tido dah kalau dekat Subuh dah. Tapi dah ngantuk, so tido ajer ler. Bilo sodar dah kat kul 7 pagi. Kelam kabut ler eden dibueknya.

End up, so aku decide tengok bola during weekend ajer ler. Aper pun since, my favourte team 'orange' lost during quarter final stage, so I decided to support Spain as most of the players are from Real Madrid and Barcelona. This spanish side seems to be more complete unit as compared to Germany. No doubt I would say Spain will be the next Euro 2008 Champion this morning by 2-0 victory.

Macam siut ajer bila I tengok aku tengok press statement dia, pretend to threat government to follow what ever demands requested by government servants. A very classic example happen in May 2oo8, when Ceupacs claimed that they will boycott celebration National Labour Day 2008. Woi Omaq hang samseng kampong mana? Samseng Kampong Pisang ka? Geng hantu katik ker (p/s: anak aku suka tengok filem nei). The reason why Ceupacs insist to boycott, is becoz the Government is unable to fulfill the ONLY 1 of 5 requests made by them as follows:

Bayaran honorarium sebanyak RM2,000 tanpa mengira pangkat (NOT APPROVED)
Kenaikan Imbuhan Tetap Perumahan dari RM180 to RM230 (APPROVED)
Memberi semula Elaun Kritikal bagi Kumpulan Sokongan yang ditarik balik pada Februari 2008 (APPROVED)
Penambahbaikan Penilaian Tahab Kecekapan (PTK) - (APPROVED- haram tak cekap pun)
Melanjutkan umur persaraan wajib dari 56 kepada 60 tahun (APPROVED - berjanggut ler geng2 bawahan nak naik pangkat)

How many staff works in public sector, if I'm not mistaken the numbers only between 1.2-1.5 million. But since they already pampered by government too much since day one, look like dah manja sangat dah ler. Aper ajer yang diminta semua kena penuhi. Come on ler Government, please wake up from your sleep. Who's actual contribute more towards this nation? Public sector or private? Think yourself la.

When Government introduced few methods to cut cost due to fuel hike in public sector, most of them start to feel the pinch. Why? Becoz they alway been pampered by Government, and always not ready to take any challenges. When there is cost increase in certain item, Ceupacs start to urge Government to increase their COLA. You know Omaq, becoz of you, we all in private sector suffered due to your stupid action. When those government servant received their new COLA, next those seller outside there also start to increase their selling price of consumer products, dengan alasan shortage supply of certain items.

Actually public sector is not profit driven sector, and that's why those who are working in public sector doesn't take care all about their expenses. And therefore, so biler buat kerja, macam suit ajer. I don't think there is any pressure at their work place. By the way, they can go home early as 5.30 p.m if they want. I personally have experienced dealing with public sector, no need to mention the agency name (kang malu plak). At one point, I call this agency about something related to my office work at 5.15 p.m, and you know the I got really a 'pleasant answer' from one of the officer in public sector, 'Encik, waktu bekerja dah hampir tamat, boleh tak encik telephone esok'. Dalam hati I, what the hell this public servant is doing during their office our?

Seriously aku tak boleh kerja dalam public sector, end up aku jadi lembab!! Serba serbi lembab la. Nasib baik aku tak kerja dalam public sector.

Sweet Breastfeeding Time

My beloved baby can be considered the most luckiest baby in this world coz he had been breastfeeding for almost his entire life. Now he already almost 3 years old. I'm glad to see him growth and still continuing his breastfeed. I should thankful to my 'beloving wife' as she's really a wonderful mother that I had even seen.

Seriously, I don't know much about breastfeeding is all about. I have '0' knowledge. What I know, as a laymen based on what I seen during my early age, most of the baby will stop their exclusive breastfeeding after certain months, normally during 'waktu pantang ajer' a.ka. 'Red light'. Then those parent start to look at supermarket to find the suitable formula milk to their baby. I'm also thinking and do it the same thing as a father. At that time, the only thing that come across to my mind, is to get the 'best formula milk' even my pocket almost 'boliau'. And finally, I bought 'Isomilk' and 'Bebelac' for my baby.

But anyhow, when I came back, and my wife start to feed him with those formula milk, he refused to eat. And I just pondering?Why? What's wrong with the milk? Am I giving him the wrong formula milk. Oh god! my pocket almost 'kering'. Oh god!! And yet he refused to enjoy the formula milk.

But anyhow, he still enjoy his breastfeeding time, and finally my wife said, 'abang aper kata kita bagi baby breastmilk ajer' since he enjoy to have it'. So at that point, I feel so and so and so stupid, why I'm wasting my money by spending all my money to buy formula milk, whereas at the same time I had even better option than formula milk...i.e. breast milk. See how stupid am I.

My 2 sent worth is, mother breast milk is still the best as compared to 'lembu' breast milk. So don't let 'lembu' feed your baby!!!!.

No Credit Card at Petrol Station

Seriously I don't agreed with this statement given by 'Persatuan Pengusaha Station Minyak Malaysia' to prohibit credit card usage at petrol station. They try to influence government to stop Malaysian from using credit card at petrol station. Nonsense. For me, I been using this credit card to refill at petrol station almost 4 years, so just imagine how much that I already contribute to their business profit, it baru I jer...I really don't understand how come this petrol station want to squeeze all their financial burden to us, while enjoying all others the benefits. Mau makan sorang ke bro??. If u got problem with bank, you go and fxxk them la!! Don't drag us into your problem also.

Some of us really depend on credit card, while waiting 'gaji masuk' end of month. So if the petrol station do not allow any credit card usage, what will happen to them? How to refill their car? Lain ler kalau nak kete lembu. Are those petrol owner are seriously having financial problem after the government increase the fuel price. Is their cost already increase also? I saw most of them only hired 'Mat Bangla', just to wipe our windscreen or ask question 'Cash or Credit Card' or sometime 'abang mau servis ka, mau check engine oil or batery ka?'. Is this one of their excuse for not allowing credit card usage at petrol station? What kind of fxxk serbis la. Again, I seriously urge the Government to stop all this nonsense request.

By right, what the station owner should do is to continue the credit card usage at pump petrol while at the same time Government should play their role to settle down the problem facing by petrol operator with banks. Maybe bank can reduce their current charges of 1% per transaction to 0.5% against petrol operator if certain percentage is achieved.

Saperate fuel pumps for foreigner

What the hell Najib is taking about during the press statement to implement separate fuel system near the boundary in Kedah, Kelantan, Perlis, Johor....where's else? He said there are 2 benefits that Malaysian can enjoy by having this system:

1. Foreigner and non-Malaysian will be charged more
2. Malaysian will know what is the current fuel price in the market

I'm wondering how the staff in petrol station can differentiate who is 'real Malaysian' and 'Malaysian celup', coz basically most of the staff are 'Mat Bangla' . How the Government want to monitor this. In other words, this 'initiative' actually will only be monitored by those 'Mat Bangla' to differentiate among 'real Malaysian' and 'Malaysian Celup'. If so, sure die la...'mati katak ooo'.

Just see what happen when the Government insists to have 2 payments for payroll system in public sector. 'Kena walap sini sana' by public....then Government starts to call the meeting again, luckily 'ader makan free' (macam mana ler nak cut Government expenses!), then setup committee to re-look on the proposal again. After 2 months, the committee will table out the report and forget it. Really waste the money and time. But I know Government love to do this. And this time, look like Government will repeat the same thing again and again till no end.

Last but not least, our Government pls wake up, your sleeping pills doestn't work to Malaysian, it's works to Bedol only. So, please stop implementing stupid system and rules system!!!!.

Since the petrol had gone up, everything seems so pricey. I'm sure we all been suffered during this time. I don't even see any price cut over household products in the hypermarket as provoked by some of hypermarket in newspaper. I just take 1 example, last week when I went to hypermarket in Shah Alam to buy 'Ayamas Chicken Ball' which normally it just cost me about RM9.99 (kalau nak mulah, better get one at Ayamas Shop), but somehow I saw the price had gone up by RM1.00 to become RM10.99. So looking ahead, if this situation continue without any correction action, definitely we'll suffer forever, especially those who don't received any rebates from Government of RM625 (takde kete), amacam?. No rebates, but have to buy groceries at 'killing price'.

We now can feel the heat of inflation in our normal life, everything is pricey now. While, those 'mentri2' they don't care all this things, coz everything 'free' even dok kecoh2 kat parlimen, just buat kepo lebih!!! Last few days, Government agreed to reduce 10% 'elaun kera' ian those 'mentri2', but also some of them felt disappointed. Engkuangchiow ma!!!!

Petrol Increase: Part 3

I personally solute Bedol for his 'right' decision to increase petrol price. We all Malaysian really 'support' you la Bedol especially for voters from Kepala Batas coz giving their mandate to Bedol to continue his 'agenda'. I think they all like 'sudah kena ubat pelali' by Bedol, that's why people in Kepala Batas love him so much. If they still want to have Bedol, it's OK, let's continue and I'm really sure this time not even BN will lost 2/3 majority, but it will suffer total lost if the current situation continue as is.

I noticed there are few common reasons which Bedol always used to answer to the reporters on why the Government should increase the oil prices:

LCCT Moving from Sepang to Subang

There is no right and wrong on this. Some good and bad. It's up to the Government to decide. But I'm sure for this time, the new Minister of Transport will not try to be seem as one of KJ's closest friends. Why Tony is so ambitious to relocate the LCCT to Subang. One thing I noticed, that he will not stop his lobbying to Government, till he gets what he wanted. A classic example, when Government allowed AirAsia to open the route from KUL-SIN under 'Asian Open Sky concept' which is a year a head from the scheduled.

The bad things are, if AirAsia is given landing right in Subang, so other airline also will follow Air Asia to step in Subang such, Silk Air, Tiger Air, etc. That's means it will increase noice, fume pollution. The Government should rethink on the proposal, as those bigger planes surely will disturb the peace of residents staying in USJ and Subang area.

I still can remember that long time ago, Government decided that Terminal 3, Subang will only be operated by 'Turboprop aircraft' not by 'Jetplane operator'. Now, how come Government can simply try to pull-back their word, by giving this AirAsia to operate LCCT at Subang!! Don't forget Pak Lah always like that, 'hari nei cakap ya, tomorrow says no', macam keling'!!.

Maid vs No Maid

I'm not so sure that whether you realize or not, that those kids which are born after 1984 have a total really suck attitudes. They are arrogant, looks a bit dumb, no personality, showing off among his friends and lot other bad things. Why this happen? As you know, most of us are well educated. What's the problems? Internet? Parent always busy? Friends or..don't forget someone that always with us...MAID. Personally, I don't used to have maid in my house. I believe those who are always busy, will find this as their best solution. They prefer to leave their children with maid, and I found sometimes their children tend to love their maid more than their own parents!!! Why? How much 'valuable time' that those parents can spend with their own children as compared to maid. Everything just rely to this maid, from a to z, sometimes 'makan time' also prepared by maid. Those 'guys' la, you should married with that 'maid' rather that your 'wife'. Just think a second, whose is actually your real 'wife'.

Let’s do a small comparison here.

Without Maid
During my early kids day, every morning I'll wake up by myself or occasionally by my mother. Then I make my own breakfast eventhough it just a simple milo/tea + bread/biscuit. Dressed up a little bit, and get to school. After dinner or every meal hour, sure one I''ve to clean my own things and sometimes clean for my family as well.

With Maid
During kids day, early morning the maid will wake up you, then once you get up from the bed, breakfast ready on dining table prepared by maid (your wife is still dreaming), and later get to school. After dinner or every meal, straight away get off from the dining place with the plates left on the table head on to his PC, PS3 or ASTRO. And again maid will clean everything for you.

See what's the difference. Those who stay with maid, I'm pretty sure that they don't know how to be independent, so lazy and over-pampered. Why? because they don’t even know how to do simple things and even to take care of themselves!' Everythings done by 'bibik'!!

Today, I felt so lucky coz for 'sempat save' my tag from drop into toilet bowl. I really can't imagine what will happen it my tag drop inside. What will you do if one day. your valuable things, let says your handphone, ring or spectacular drop into toilet bowl? Will you start to roar and rumble down with your forehand inside? Or just leave it?

Still remember when one of my colleagues, had dropped his handphone inside there (it was in 2001), and what he did is, he just don't bother at all, 'selamba' put his arm in squatting in toilet bowl and pick-up it back. Will you do the same, if the this thing happen to you??

P/s : Not so sure why this two ladies are standing in front of the toilet counter, waiting for 'customer' ke? Sure one entrance fee would be almost RM200 depends what type of service you need.

Petrol RM2.70: Another Siau!

Really la..last night I went to petrol station and fill-up RM50 bugs, and you know what, I just managed to refill less than 3/4 of my fuel tank capacity than normal. I saw the tag price at petrol station for RON97 is RM2.704 not as RM2.70 as mentioned by Bedol. Really Bedol lah!!!

Even, during the lunch hour, I went to 'kedai mamak' and ordered 'roti tampal' which I used to have during lunch hour. You know what happen la, I have to pay RM2.20 for 'roti tampal' which normally I'll cost me about RM1.50. See this 'kedai mamak' starts to increase their prices. Then, another Bedol lah!!

I'm so fishy how effective that the Government willing to review the oil price on monthly basis. Are they going to reduce the price? I'm 200% sure this only to gauge public sentiment, that the Government is willing to reduce the price, which they should done earlier, why now? I believe they only know how to review the price on upward basis only, not on the other way!

Oh my god!! We are in trouble man, our petrol cost is now RM2.70. It is 40% increase from the previous . I think our Government now is so 'clever' and so 'efficient' in managing this country. And one thing for sure, the next election PRU 13, there will be no more 'Barisan Nasional' !!!! You better die forever BN. I saw Bedolah last night in news, wah, looks so happy to announce the new toll price. I think this is what they call the most 'brilliant idea' that really can save our country.

Just imagine, what will happen to those lower income who actually struggling for extra income, sometime they have do extra works until midnight, and this Bedolah simple wipe-out all the effort that had put out. Once the petrol price hike, all our consumer products start to increase as well. A part of that, TNB also announced that they will increase their tariff. Seem everything will to become pricey. What's else left to us that can be considered as 'mulah-mulah'??

New Subsidy in Next 3 Months

I really can't imagine what will happen to all Malaysian, after the Government announced new plan for the oil subsidy allocation, which will take place in the next 3 months, where the oil subsidy will be wiped-out in total with a new system.

I'm just thinking what would be the best solution for this, would the Government to issue smart card, or upgrade the existing facility in MyCard for identification. I believe there would be certain limit of subsidy, says limit to RM300 per month per household. If you use more than this limit, you've to pay at market price. But the Government should take care those low income, where I'm sure they will not spend that much.

Believe me, right after the Government announce the new subsidy scheme, our consumer products will boost up like hell. Those 'kedai mamak/groceries' especially will increase their price. The Government should think carefully before make any decision, especially oil price, coz once the new oil price is revised, one thing for sure the chain reaction will be faster than expected. We'll be effected from the oil price hike.

Bullshit Wedding Ceremony

This weekend really make me so angry with those resident who stay next to my house in Shah Alam. I felt so tired looking those 'monkey2' karaoke until midnight!!!. I'm sure if you see those scene happen at your place especially next to your house, you'll know how stress am I.

Those 'monkey2' are not the youngster, they are 40-65 years old!! I really can't imagine how their attitude during their young period. Maybe before this they don't know how to karaoke, but once the had tried to be 'kera', looks they love it. I think the best place for those 'monkey2' to zoo. There got 'kera jantan tua' and 'kera betina tua'. Shameful!!

Just a reminder to all, if you want to do something, especially if your decision can affect to others, please use your brain not 'kepala lutut'. Must use your common sense!! My 2 sen worth.

Pulau Batu Puteh: Part 2

I saw Star reported that Pandikar Amin has denied to opposition's request to have an emergency motion to debate our loss of Pulau Batu Puteh to Singapore. The denial was made becoz this not an urgent matter, furthermore it has been decided by ICJ. Pandikar Amin said that it was specific matter and public interest, as far as he concerned that this also was not an urgent matter. How come he said like that? All Malaysian want to know why we loss in this trial? What are the weakness in our legal team. The most interesting parts is, Rais Yatim and Najib are proudly announced that the decision made by ICJ is 'fair enough' to both countries, until Singapore managed to get 'Pulau' while Malaysia only has 'Batu'!!. Ridiculous.

P/s: BN always don't want learn any lesson from the 12th General Election result. Our PM didn't understand the message sent to him by giving him first 'yellow car', perhaps maybe he want to wait until the 'red card' is given to kick him out after this!!.

I'm sure all Malaysian felt really upset after International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ruled that Singapore has sovereignty over Pulau Batu Puteh while Malaysia owns Middle Rocks. It so happen, after almost 28 years Malaysia and Singapore being dispute with each other, over the territorial water is located, which end-up Malaysia lost the ownership to Singapore.

Singapore claimed that Pulau Batu Puteh belonged to the republic after a regional mapping was carried out by Malaysia in 1979.

Theoretically, Pulau Batu Puteh is located about 14.3 km away from Johor, while 46.3 km from Singapore. I really don't understand why ICJ has ruled that favouring to SIngapore.

We want our PM to brief all Malaysian on the judgement that favours to Singapore. Don't think he can, becoz he thinks like " Kadok Naik Junjung"..always "'dok berangan manjang'. The only solution for this is sleeping pills!!!!ZZZZZZZZ. Don't let Iskandar Corridor Project to be come the next 'Pulau Batu Hitam'.

Don't Let Foreigner Car Filling Near Our Border

I still remember when I came back to Baling, Kedah, I can see a lot of foreign cars, especially with the plate number from Thailand simply refill their cars at our Petrol Station near the boundary!! And the worst thing, they are not using small car, as most of them prefers 'pickup lorry' which easily can simply 100 litters. And they just bought the fuel at our subsidy price!! I felt so irritated looking at this situation, not much difference between 'Malaysian' and 'Thais', it the same. They also enjoy the same benefit.

The worst scenario, when enforcement is not properly monitored. Although there is a regulation allowing 'Thais' can be in Malaysia just within 30 miles from the boundary (if I not mistaken), but they simply 'belasah' more the the limits, even sometimes we can seen those car in Selangor!!! Meaning to say, our police in Malaysia is so 'efficient' until they can't foresee this, maybe they are so busy with 'mat rempit' issue.

I really agreed with the Government decision to ban all petrol stations within 30 to 50km from the Malaysia-Thailand border and the Malaysia-Singapore border from selling fuel to foreign cars beginning 30 May 2008 onwards. And this would also applied all the petrol stations in Perlis, Kedah, North Perak, Kelantan, and several Johor distrincts. Offending petrol station owners would be fined up to RM250,000 or jailed 3 years or both. But the question is how the Government want to enforce this? Will they send 'mata2 kelabu' at all the petrol stations.

Star today reported that the 14's queen selected for final stage of Ms. Universe Malaysia 2008. I still can remember few years ago, Muslimah is allowed to joint this competition. But nowadays, thanks god we are lucky there is no more muslimah is allowed in the similar competition. Every year we send our nominees for high level competition, but I can't see any Malaysian won the competition. Sometime, I feel want to laugh when seeing those 'black women' won the competition though our nominee is much 'teh susu' as compared to them 'kopi o cow'!!.

Off Peak LDP Rebates

I saw Star front page today, believe all of us will be upmost welcome to any decision for toll rate reduction of all the highways in this region. The highway operator in this region are gaining the benefits from the toll hike, as this were stipulated in their Concession Agreement with Gov. of Malaysia, that any toll hikes will be reviewed every 2-4 years intervene ranging 10%-20% hikes.

I felt a bit funny when I saw a statement from Md. Zin, that his ministry is looking one of the three options, to have peak and off-peak toll rate rebates for all the motorist at LDP highway. Really can't imagine, do they urge us to leave our home at 4.30 a.m and get back home at 10.00 p.m, coz basically if you are using LDP before you can slip-in to Federal Highway at Sunway, you'll stuck in the jam like hell man during 5 p.m to 8 p.m!!!! Whose gonna pay us an extra 'Over Time' during this peak hours. Time is money man!!!

Layman argument : We as road user feel the toll increase at LDP is really a burden. Just imagine if you have to travel along the LDP everyday, at least you need to allocate RM9.60 per day (equivalent to RM240 per month), just for the toll fare only. It end-up we having caught in the massive jam everyday, bloody hell LDP!!! If you want to have toll increase, surely can!! no problem, BUT make sure all the fundamental issues are resolved first especially traffic jam at your Sunway Toll Plaza!!.

If you study the road alignment properly, LDP is not a new alignment route that similar to NPE, it was upgraded from normal Federal Road to Highway. The sad thing is, we don't have alternative highway that parallel with this highway.

One thing Md Zin, how sure you are, that you can bring down the toll fare for off-peak and peak hours. What's the rate would be? Govenment is actually the owner of the highway, while concessionaire company is solely operator. Why you can't distinguish between 'owner' & 'concessionaire'. Government have the ultime rights against the concessionaire. If the Government is not willing to come-out with any huge compensation to highway operator, then the concessionaire period should be deferred for a longer period with the flat toll rate. This concession company is happing that Government could give compensation (up-front) in any way. Government have to consider carefully when dealing with any highway operator on any request for toll increase!. They can come-out with very2 funny figures (which doesn;t really make sense at all).

AirAsia vs MAS : Air ticket Prices War

We are so lucky nowadays coz can see every time in TV by both companies are looking so aggressive in doing their promotion especially AirAsia. Sometime feel so hard up looking at their promotion, each claims their is 'the best lower fares', especially AirAsia looks they can't accept the reality that MAS is offering 'Everyday Low Fares', which means their capacity as LCC provider is threatened by MAS way. MAS starts to swallow AirAsia's niche customer via 'Everyday Low Fares' campaign. But just thinking, it just '1st round wrestlemania'. Don't think there will be 'KO' at this stage. Next round will be more interesting.

I assume in the next chapter, both companies will become new GLM @ "Gua Lagi Mulah" and no more LCC or whatever CC they want to be la!!

Everyday Low vs Sub-Zero Fares

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has on 5 May 2008, announced its latest campaign "Everyday Low Fares" that tremendously make AirAsia becomes so paniac. Actually, it is good seeing both operator 'fighting' with each other, coz all the while we only have been bullshitted by AirAsia in term of package that they offered.

One thing make me smile is, couple of days after MAS announced, AirAsia has come out with its Sub-Zero campaign. Tony Fernandez (AirAsia prodigy) has announced 2 subsidized offer as a counter attack against MAS. AirAsia claiming that their tickets are still the lowest among other (MAS). Tony had revealed their latest plan as to react against MAS' copy cat campaign:

1. AirAsia would pay the difference to its passanger if they can find any MAS airfare is lower than the cheapest offered by AirAsia.

2. AirAsia will launch its cheaper than sub-zero fare in a few days time.

However, one thing for sure, this competition between MAS and AirAsia is actually beneficial for the public.

Mahathir Out from UMNO

This already expected by most Malaysian when Mahathir bravely condemned and slammed Pak Lah personally due to his irresponsible after BN lost 2/3 majority in 12th General Election. It seem Pak Lah doesn't really understand what Malaysian wanted.

He looks pretty enjoys within his comfort zone after the election, while leaving other UMNO members to find out what was wrong during the last election. As usual, Pak Lah is so fimiliar with his Commissioners combat, and seem every single problem happen in this region can be combatted this 'Commissioner'. The sad thing is no dedicated mechanism that has been proposed by this Commissioner as this was done by ad-hoc basis, in Malay they call 'hangat2 tahi babi' . Actually, we are the one who is suffering from his irresponsible action, where all are effected by hike in price of all consumer products in this region especially rice, powder etc.

I personally agreed with Mahathir's action, and Pak Lah looks and other so call 'UMNO Loyal' like 'sudah panas bontot', and surely we can see other MPs from UMNO will follow Mahathir to step out from UMNO. Perhaps, there was nothing done by Pak Lah after the election, other than going for oversea trips. One thing, Najib looks like his so loyal to Pak Lah, anything will do in order for him to be the next PM. So sad!!

Rokok Penyumbang Kekejaman Israeil

Aku mengambil kesempatan di tahun baru nei 2009, untuk berhenti terus dari merokok. Alhamdulillah, setakat ni aku dah clean dari merokok, dah takkan hisap lagi dah mende hampeh tu. Misi aku setakat nei berjaya 100% clean.

Aku sedih bile membaca citer2 pasal kekejaman Israeil kat Gaza, sehinggakan kanak2, wanita2 tua, wanita2 menjadi mangsa kerakusan dan keganasan peluru2 and roket Israeil. Di mana pergi peri kemanusiaan di dalam diri kita. Apa yang kita mampu di sini hanyalah menyatakan kutukan2 atas dasar kekejaman Israeil. Apa yang ada dengan hanya menyatakan kutukan, sedangkan Israeil sedang rancak meratah rakyat2 di Gaza.

Cubalah kita renungkan kanak2 di sana hanya mampu membaling batu, tetapi dibalasnya dengan peluru2 yang tak mengenal mangsanya. Apa sudah jadi dengan umat Islam sekarang nei, yang hanya mampu melihat sahaja kekejaman Israeil di bumi Palestin.

Malaysia, selaku Pengerusi OIC, sebuah pertubuhan Islam terbesar di dunia, hanya mampu memberikan gesaan kepada UN, yang mana UN nei, sudah terang lagi jelas memihak kepada rejim Zionis, memandangkan sekutu kuatnya, Uncle Sam sentiasa memberi bantahan sekiranya terdapat usul2 yang akan bercanggah dengan kepentingannya. Mana tidaknya, Israeil bukan sebuah negara pengeluar senjata api, tetapi bila kita melihat dari segi peralatan senjata dan kereta2 meriam keluaran negara Uncle Sam berada dan bermaharaja-lela di bumi Gaza.

Kita hannya meluahkan ungkapan kutukan-kutukan di atas kekejaman Israeil di bibir masing2, namun pada masa yang sama menghisap kepulan-kepulan asap yang menjadi penaja dan penyumbang terbesar kepada Israeil untuk meluaskan empayarnya. Mulut dok kutuk2, tapi pada masa yang sama dok isap rokok yang menjadi penyumbang kepada Israeil. Langsung tak consisten dengan niat dan perbuatan. Logiknya, henti menghisap rokok yang langsung tak mendatangkan faedah atau apa2 kebaikan. Aku pun dulu termasuk dalam gologan nei, tapi sudah sampai masanya untuk kita berubah. Now is the right time to change, it's not too late.

Di Malaysia, kita hanya mampu mendoakan kesejahteraan di bumi Gaza, tapi macam mana ler doa nak diperkenankan kalau menda yang masuk di dalam tubuh kita adalah benda haram.

Negara Islam sebenarnya yang memegang ekonomi dunia, Negara Islam kaya dengan minyak, namun hakikatnya negara2 Islam juga yang terpaksa mengikut telunjuk negara Uncle Sam. Apa sudah jadi dengan negara Islam yang besar, Islam sekarang di lihat begitu mudah untuk diperkotak -katikkan oleh musuh2 Islam. Sekiranya Liga Arab menetabkan ketetapan bahawa semua minyak tidak akan di jual di negara Uncle Sam, sudah semestinya ianya akan menjatuhkan keangkuhan negara Uncle Sam.

Tapi sedih, bila Liga Arab sendiri pun tidak dapat mencapai kata sepakat, maksudnya semangat berpuak2 masih lagi menebal di dalam jiwa mereka. Kalau beginilah keadaannya, maka sampai bila2 ler Islam akan terus di tindas oleh musuh2 Islam, yang semestinya amat bergembira dengan perkabaran ini.

Renung2kan lah, semoga kita semua dapat berubah dan mendapat petunjuk dari Ilahi.

FAX Ground for Rural Area Services

Fly Asian Xpress (FAX) took over the Fokkers 50 from Malaysia Airlines (MAS) last August 2006 under rationalisation domestic flights. MAS has offered to FAX with 10 Fokkers which it had leased from Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad (PMB). However, only 7 Fokkers delivered to FAX.

FAX Chief Operating Officer, Raja Mohd Azmi Raja Razali informed on 15 June 2007 that FAX had to use 7 Fokkers to serve destinations that were served by 10 Fokkers., then make more rounds and carry more load due to decrease in the number of Fokkers.

He said FAX has no choice but to ground these aircraft so that they can put exch of them hhrough exra-intensive checkup and repairs.

The Fokkers are used to serve – among others, Sibu, Kapit, Bintulu, Mukah, Miri, Limbang, Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan – an area equal to about 70% of peninsular Malaysia in size.

UM Relocation

The property developer, Goucoland (M) Bhd controlled by Tan Sri Quek Leng Chan, who owns the Hong Leong Group, had made a bid for the UM grounds for its commercial development project and residential hub worth RM10 billion. The offer is to relocate the university with Guocoland's land area in Sepang, as part of their agenda to build seafront villa and and waterfront bungalows which later to be offered to the university staff, if it succeeds in relocating UM.

Earlier, the company’s proposal to relocate UM had met with objections and arouse the anger of various parties including former vice-chancellor Royal Prof Ungku Aziz. The Government should realise that the entire commercial development project purposes will enrich only a handful few who are already extremely rich (3rd richest man in Malaysia). I feel that this should be strongly opposed by all.

RM5 for 20's Pack Cigarette

The Ministry of Healthy of Malaysia has proposed that the minimum price for a of 20's cigarette should be at least RM5 to discourage price war among the tobacco firms and smoking habits among the teenagers.

It was reported that almost 3 million Malaysian are smokers, and 30% is between 16 to 18 years old. Most of them are being exposed to subtle forms of cigarette advertising, where this includes watching movies of their favourite actors or actress smoking.

The minimum price can't be to high as this will lead to cigarette smuggling into this country. The anti-smoking campaign is still weak in this country same as the enforcement of law, to adopt more smoke-free areas as being in place by our near neighbour, Singapore. Their pack displays how bad the smoke to our healthy.

SMART Tunnel Toll Begins

Today, Friday 15 June 2007, all the users of the Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) will be charged a RM2 toll one way. SMART is open only to cars, taxis, MPVs and SUVs not exceeding 2 meter in height. No motorcycles, buses or lorries are allowed. Touch 'n Go and SmartTAG facilities are available for paying toll.

The 9.7km SMART project is meant to divert rain water away from the city centre to prevent flash floods and alleviate traffic congestion along Jalan Sungai Besi to Jalan Ampang. The project is jointly carried out by MMC Corporation Berhad and Gamuda Berhad.

The SMART is the world’s first dual purpose tunnel (double deck), and among the largest in the world with a diameter of 13.2 meters. The construction cost is RM1.9 billion. Road users have been using the motorway for free since 14 May 2007 and they had the option of using the road tunnel for speedier or other roads.

Why RM2 and not below RM2? Should the publics blame SMART for the flash floods which hit areas in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday 10 June 2007, as apart from the motorway, the infrastructure was not fully operational!!.

SMART Tunnel Only Designed for Storm Flood Not Flash Flood

The most recent came at an incongruous time which created some wisecracks in its wake. Sunday’s flash flood hit the city when traffic was already passing through the billion ringgit SMART Tunnel (Storm water management and road tunnel project). It didn’t have a ‘tidal flow’ system yet.

The one thing that went through many people’s mind was why wasn’t the SMART utilised? In fact, motorists who used the tunnel to get home on Sunday found themselves stuck in a bumper-to-bumper crawl after exiting the tunnel to Sungei Besi.

Motorists found their Sunday drive through KL a nightmare. Some who parked their cars for a Sunday outing were pulling at their hair upon seeing their vehicles submerged or floating like boats.

It seem like the SMART flood tunnel is not designed to handle and prevent all floods. A chance viewing of the Discovery Channel programme on the Smart tunnel gave me a dose of national pride that we had finally outwitted nature for a flood-free KL.

Well, Mother Nature had the last laugh on Sunday.

Roti Canai Increase

The recent announcement by Pak Lah on increase in pay and cost of living allowance (COLA) for all government staffs even though it will take effect in July 2007 but already, the prices of goods had gone up after the pay rise announcement.

After the announcement, we can see in the news paper increase in all purpose wheat flour rice, and hence resulted increase in roti canai at all major kasi kandar outlet in Klang Valley.This major traders and food outlets are greedy, and take advantage against current situation. Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shafie Apdal told that the consumer should exercise their rights by boycotting shops that raise prices indiscriminately. What else the consumer can do, if the Government don't look forward to put more people patronizing all those outlets.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) is taking the world's first A380 in this December 2007. What is so great of this aircraft, until it takes longer times to deliver this aircraft to its buyer.

The A380, the passenger model, is the largest passenger airliner in the world, superseding the Boeing 747-400.

The world largest customers for this aircraft is Emirates of 47, where the aircraft will cost around USD300 million each. Upon completion all the transaction, where should these aircraft be? Surely its will require huge spaces to accommodate the aircrafts.

The A380 can carry 555 passengers in a three-class configuration or up to 853 passengers (538 on the main deck and 315 on the upper deck) in a single-class economy configuration.

Rural Service Back to MAS

What actually makes Fly Asian Express (FAX) to hand over the rural service to Malaysian AIrline System Berhad (MAS)? What is the rational behind that. Earlier under rationalisation of domestic flights signed in July 2006, for rural area services (RAS) in Sabah and Sarawak have been surrendered to Air Asia from MAS. After MAS had announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Firefly who offers daily service out of Penang to Kota Bharu, Langkawi, Kuantan and Kuala Terengganu, then FAX has informed to Government its intentions to hand over back RAS to MAS.

Actually, the rural services in Sabah and Sarawak is not really profitable route to any operator. The wost thing is during nine months with FAX, the state authorities always criticised to FAX of not having adequate flights to serve the demands. Was FAX trying to wash its hand by handing over the loss-making rural air services to MAS?

Out of 10's Fokker 50 delivered to FAX in July 2006, only 2's left in 'good condition' at redelivery to MAS, while the remaining can be described as '1/2 Fokker 50', most of the parts being 'robbed' in order to run their daily operation. Fokker 50 spare parts are ceased from any manufacturing. This bad boy always make 'kacau' every where by having backup from '4th Floor' interference .

Reshedule Football Match With Man. United

Malaysia is still bargain with Asian Football Confederation (AFC) to ensure that the football match between national team and MU continues as scheduled. Why this issue has became more complicated after the Gov. of Malaysia (our Prime Minister) decided that the match to continue in conjunction of our 50-year independent day.

Since both parties look like still arguing with each other, why not we come out with some amicable settlement that the top people never thought before. Make it easy, just delay the game to a later day. If not, just cancel the game, because it is costly to bring this team to Malaysia. Who will sponsor this thing? It's is our own money, we are the one who pays the tax to government.

Actually, this game is nothing to do with our independent day, and of course this year is Visit Malaysia Year. There a lot of ways to bring more visitors to our country. We can do something that can be benefited to our country, rather than this team. Btw, what so great about MU after lost to Chelsea today in the final FA game 1-0.
